Bracket Update- 3/10

Changes from yesterday's bracket:
Siena moves up to a 10 after beating a pretty good Niagara team for the MAAC's auto bid. This dropped South Carolina down to an 11.

Chattanooga won the Southern bid and a .500 record puts them in the play-in game. This bumped Radford up to a 15 and North Dakota St. up to a 14.
