why would you have UNC over Vandy when all of Vandy's numbers are higher and they beat UNC head to head?

Mich. State has showed that it is not an elite team this year from day one. Time to put them in their place=somewhere as a 7 seed. Misouri, Georgetown, and K state are not elite teams at this point either. San Diego State is.
